Location: Los Angeles CA (LAX area) 100% onsite
Schedule: Full-time hours must be flexible for weekdays and weekends as needed

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) conveyor systems and related airport mechanical/electrical equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong mechanical troubleshooting and electrical experience who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and enjoys solving equipment issues that directly impact airport operations.
What Youll Do
- Diagnose troubleshoot repair and maintain passenger boarding bridges and related systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency corrective repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and control systems
- Support baggage conveyor and jam-clearing response as needed
- Read blueprints electrical schematics equipment manuals and work orders
- Complete PM and CM logs work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
- Operate company vehicles carts forklifts and support equipment
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and airport operating standards
What Were Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to obtain airport/security clearance
- 35 years of maintenance experience in industrial facilities conveyor HVAC mechanical or electrical environments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong electrical repair and diagnostic experience
- Experience working with motors controls wiring and equipment repair
Preferred
- Experience with 480V and 3-phase motors
- Mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic repair experience
- Conveyor baggage system or airport equipment exposure
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- CMMS or computerized maintenance system experience
- Prior experience in airport distribution manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments
