Job Summary

This project is intended to accomplish the following goals:

Standardize RCI/LRS tracking (package) process components within the TDA Office and the Districts.
Create a mechanism to allow performance monitoring of the entire process.
Streamline process activities and communication.
Develop a system to automate submittal activity tracking and the return of RCI/LRS packages.
Manage project scheduling activities with team leads development teams and business leadership.
Identify technology products and vendors who may be able to assist in project development.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources for MyFloridaLRS and RCI.
