Leads the technical sales process to align Amdocs solutions with the customers requirements. Builds leads and directs technical solution Sales teams to achieve Business Unit sales goals.
What will your job look like
- You will leverage the technical knowledge and work product across the division in order to accelerate sales campaigns.
- You will present Amdocs solutions to senior-level clients.
- You will share and communicate end-to-end solutions orally and in writing to executives business sponsors and technical resources in clear concise language that is in the vernacular of each group.
- You will create a community among the solution Sales team to enable ongoing knowledge sharing around products processes methodologies and work products.
- You will stimulate market demand (sales campaigns) by proactively identifying market needs and aligning needs with Amdocs solutions.
- You will foster innovation deliver thought leadership sessions and provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.
- You will recruit hire on-board train coach retain lead and motivate the solution Sales team. Encourage/reward cooperation between teams and the pursuit of innovative ways to achieve goals and support qualified risk taking. Conduct performance management of the team including target setting and resource planning.
- You will achieve Business Objectives based on the division sales strategy set business objectives and sales targets and allocate resources to ensure success.
All you need is...
- 10 years experience in the communications industry.
- 5 years experience in solution architecture/sales engineering.
- 5 years people management/leadership experience.
- 5 years experience in communicating/presenting at the executive level.
- 5 years experience in presale/sales engineering for Telco and/or cable operators (middle and high management levels).
- 5 years experience in requirements and analysis project planning solution design software design development and deployment.
- Experience in sales/account management an advantage.
