What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of our long-term care facility ensuring top-tier resident care and compliance.
- Support the Executive Director in strategic planning budgeting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Inspire and mentor staff fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion.
Who Were Looking For:
- Proven leader with experience in healthcare management (long-term care preferred).
- Bachelors degree (Masters a plus) or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills a passion for resident advocacy and a collaborative spirit.
