We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused TRAC Rental Agent to join our team at Peter Boulware Toyota in Tallahassee this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional rental services to our customers ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience from start to finish. Your professionalism and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the companys commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle rental reservations check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Provide clear explanations of rental agreements policies and pricing to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals to ensure they are clean safe and properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals payments and vehicle conditions in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless rental operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in rental services customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and rental management systems.
