Performance matters most; not your date of hire!Responsibilities & ExpectationsThe Senior Team Leader Emergency Response Agent (ERT) is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to protective security operations in dynamic multifaceted and fast-paced corporate following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate security systems and technology tools for various properties toinclude alarms and existing site-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs)Manage site specific health and safety control for visitors employees and for special build relationships and communicate with key staff and discretion and to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights weekendsand holidays).Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams global securityoperations center assets other private security firms and local law enforcementto proactively identify and mitigate and report suspicious activity and security able to operate in a dynamic multifaceted and fast-paced assigned special projects as as requiredMinimum RequirementsParticipation in random drug complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment. Teammembers must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack pre-employment background a Bachelors degree and/or equivalent applicable work a valid and current driver a valid U.S Basic Life Safety (BLS) NYS unarmed security guard be able to obtain a New York State armed guard card and NYC CCW and/or LEOSA QualificationsPrior ERT military law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security emergency response surveillance detection training in incident response emergency medicine and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitmentto excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries).Experience in Access Control Systems Software Google Suite Slack etcNYC CCW and/or LEOSA with NYS Armed Guard CardAdditional BenefitsMedical Dental Vision and Life Insurance Competitive 401kEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).Paid time offProfessional development assistanceJob Type: Full-time
