The Role

Are you prepared to lead a team toward flawless execution As the Director ofTreasury Management and Money Movementat Fidelity Investments you will provide strategic and operational leadership for essential money movement and complex reconciliation tasks. You will coordinate theaccuratetimely and controlled completion of these activities ensuring they meet SOC 1 audit requirements. This role suits someone who thrives on exciting goals and enjoys acting as a central contact for firm-wideefforts!!

  • Provide operational leadership and risk oversightfor highvalue Treasury management and money movement activities ensuringaccuratetimely and compliant execution of complex Wire and ACH transactions across multiple Fidelity products and external banking partners.

  • Drive strong governance and audit readinessbyvalidatingdocumentationapprovingand reviewing team outputmonitoringcritical bank file processing and mitigating financial operational and fraudriskassociated with payment exceptions or failures.

  • Serve as the escalation point and strategic liaisonwith internal stakeholders and external banking partners to research exceptionslocatemissing payments resolve client inquiries and oversee longterm remediation efforts including fraud and forgery claims.

  • Lead and oversee endtoend daily bank account reconciliation operationsacross a complex portfolio of WI accounts and partner banks ensuringaccuratereconciliation of highvolume highdollar transactions byvalidatingcash flows payments and settlements against internal recordkeeping systems.

  • Ensure strong controls issue resolution and risk escalationby guiding associates through complex outofbalance scenarios approving payment decisions on exception items (e.g. check reviews)identifyingabnormal trends and escalating material risks or anomalies to management to protect financial integrity.

TheExpertiseandSkillsYouBring

    • Bachelors degree or related experience preferably in Business Accounting or Finance

    • Five to sevenyears experience within a professional fast-paced corporate environment preferably in the financial services or banking industry

    • Proven leadership skills in a constantly evolving environment while effectively guiding a team through change management

    • Strong analytical & problem - solving skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities while being highly adaptable to changing circumstances

    • Prior people management experience with proven associate coaching skills and the ability to cultivate a highly engaged work atmosphere

    • Commitment to drive quality and process improvements in a fast paced and high- risk business environment
