Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile App Tech Lead with strong expertise in React Native to lead the design development and delivery of our retail e-commerce mobile applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge hands-on coding experience and the ability to guide teams while collaborating closely with product backend and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
• Architect scalable high-performance mobile solutions for retail e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate robust APIs.
• Drive best practices in code quality performance optimization and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide developers conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Work closely with product owners UX/UI designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party services such as payments analytics and customer engagement tools.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and mobile app development (iOS & Android).
• Proven experience in retail e-commerce applications (cart checkout payments order management etc.).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs API design and integration patterns.
• Experience working with backend systems and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture state management and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment processes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
