POSITION SUMMARY: The duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and you will run daily campus operations. You keep buildings safe clean and functional. You bring new ideas that improve cost efficiency and experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Key Responsibilities of Daily Operations is very important
Answer and direct phone calls
Produce and distribute correspondence memos letters faxes and forms.
Provide general support to department
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Handle multiple projects
Carry out administrative responsibilities when necessary such as preparing written correspondence filing copying scanning etc.
Reply to email telephone or face to face enquiries
Oversee work orders from intake to close
Inspect buildings classrooms residence halls and grounds daily
Coordinate HVAC electrical plumbing and general repairs
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Other duties as assigned
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
Team Coordination
Supervise maintenance staff and vendors on site
Assign tasks based on priority and skill
Track productivity and completion times
Enforce safety standards and procedures
Vendor and Contractor Management
Schedule and oversee third party vendors
Verify scope timelines and quality of work
Track invoices and confirm work completion
Campus Support
Support events room setups and campus logistics
Respond to urgent issues and after hours calls as needed
Maintain strong communication with faculty and staff
Innovation and Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and cost saving opportunities
Propose upgrades in energy systems and workflows
Support adoption of CMMS or asset tracking systems
Use data to improve response time and reduce downtime
Compliance and Safety:
Support OSHA compliance and campus safety standards
Maintain documentation for inspections and audits and assist with emergency response planning

Customer satisfaction from campus stakeholders
Skills include interpersonal organizational and writing skills. Must be very detailed-oriented.
