Full Case Picking (2nd Shift)

• Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills
• Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions
• Meet safety quality and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles
• Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of various packaging methods and rigging experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions diagrams and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork quality and workplace safety.

• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate all tools equipment and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with warehouse logistics and production teams to resolve issues streamline material flow and support cross-functional activities as needed.
• Attendance & Flexibility: Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.37 - $21.54. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
