Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support and report directly to the CEO of TSSI (Technology Software Services & Innovation). This is a highly visible role within a global organization offering the opportunity to work closely with a CEO who leads across regions time zones and functions.
Based in the New York City metro area you will play a key role in helping the CEO operate effectively by providing thoughtful support strong organization and coordination across strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Prioritization
- Manage a complex global calendar across time zones balancing priorities and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate highvolume meetings with internal leaders the Board and external stakeholders
- Prepare the CEO with briefings materials and context to support effective decisionmaking
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper balancing access while maintaining strong relationships
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders Board members and external partners
- Build trusted relationships across functions and geographies to support alignment and execution
Communications & Documentation
- Draft and review executivelevel emails presentations and documents
- Prepare meeting briefs talking points and followups ensuring clarity and accuracy
Travel Events & Logistics
- Manage complex international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Coordinate logistics for Board meetings leadership events and key engagements
- Support planning and execution of leadership offsites and strategic events
Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive daytoday efficiency
Qualifications :
- 8 years experience supporting Senior Executives
- Experience supporting a CEO or equivalent C-suite executive in a global organization
- Proven track record managing highly complex schedules
- Experience drafting executive-level correspondence
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
