Your Role

As our Body Shop Manager youll:

• Oversee the daily operations of the body shop ensuring efficiency and top-quality repairs.
• Estimate repair costs using cutting-edge tools and collaborate with insurance companies and customers.
• Mentor and lead a talented team of technicians fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors insurance adjusters and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

What Were Looking For

• Must have Estimators Credentials.
• Must have prior experience in a body shop environment (your resume will be filtered out of rotation if it does not reflect experience)
• Proven experience in a body shop leadership role or as an estimator.
• Expertise in creating accurate and competitive estimates using CCC One or similar software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team for peak performance.
