IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator

The IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports global procurement activities of IT hardware software and services while ensuring cost optimization compliance and vendor relationships. This role also supports IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a strong focus on software lifecycle management including renewals negotiations and user management. 

What youll get to do: 

Global Procurement & Vendor Management

• Supporting contract administration renewals and pricing updates. 
• Evaluate source and procure IT equipment software and services. 
• Responsible for managing lowrisk vendor contracts and supporting negotiations in accordance with company policies. 
• Execute and support procurement activities across multiple regions following established processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards. 
• Support RFx activities by obtaining reviewing and organizing competitive bids quotes and proposals; assist with evaluations and review findings with internal stakeholders. 
• Monitor track and coordinate global IT procurement orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy timeliness and alignment with approved requests. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements clarify IT needs and support timely and compliant purchasing decisions. 
• Manage procurementrelated tickets and requests through Jira ensuring accurate tracking documentation and timely followup. 

IT Asset Management 

• Assist in implementing ITAM policies standards and best practices. 
• Support audits and reporting for IT assets and software compliance. 
• Contribute to cost optimization by identifying unused or underutilized licenses through software user management. 
• Aid in the receiving validating and reporting of physical IT Assets as needed 

Qualifications :

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years experience  
• 3 years experience in procurement sourcing IT Asset Management or a related field 

Preferred Skills

• Negotiation and relationship management 
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM practices. 
• Experience with global procurement processes. 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
• Experience working in the APAC & EMEA regions

The hourly range for this role is $39/hr. - $45/hr.
