The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for improving seller effectiveness across Mosais commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales marketing and product ensuring that reps are equipped with the right messaging tools and support to drive new logo growth and expansion.
Job Duties:
- Sales Enablement & Rep Coaching
- Partner with sales leadership to define and implement enablement priorities aligned to GTM strategy
- Develop and deliver training programs (onboarding ongoing enablement product updates playbook adoption)
- Support frontline managers with rep coaching frameworks tools and best practices
- Reinforce adoption of the sales playbook messaging and sales process
- Content & Messaging Alignment
- Serve as the central owner of sales collateral strategy and governance
- Partner with Marketing and Product to:
- Identify gaps in current materials
- Develop new content (pitch decks ROI tools case studies demos)
- Ensure consistency of value proposition and messaging across all assets
- Maintain a centralized content library and ensure materials are easy for reps to access and use
- All other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of SaaS sales/account management sales enablement or related commercial experience
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equitybacked or high-growth environments with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership style
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motions
Work Environment
- This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
- Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.

- This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
