Senior Product Designer, Creator Foundation

At Roblox the CreatorX Group Foundation Team acts as a vital bridge between the creator product experience and our overarching design system. We bring a systematic lens to our work whether we are supporting product feature design or defining the reusable patterns templates and guidance that empower our product teams. As a key member of this team you will collaborate closely with the Foundation UI (our core design system team) and Creator product teams to represent use cases across the Creator platform evangelizing our design system and contributing directly to our components patterns and templates while influencing product strategy and designing UX/UI for our creator this role you will report to the Design Manager of the Creator Group Foundation.

You will:

• Define and drive the execution of a unified AI design system pattern that supports AI features across Creator platforms.
• Identify and create reusable patterns templates and actionable documentation that accelerate the product teams workflow and make system adoption seamless for design and engineering teams.
• Execute high-fidelity designs and intuitive user flows across the creator ecosystem balancing aesthetic excellence with functional clarity to solve complex user pain points.
• Define and implement standardized interaction models and UX patterns that streamline the user journey ensuring a cohesive and frictionless experience across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate deeply with designers engineers and researchers to audit existing experiences and integrate high-fidelity system-thinking into live product features.
• Drive adoption of Foundation UI across creator products by ensuring consistent implementation across surfaces while identifying system gaps and partnering with the Foundation team to prioritize and deliver system updates.
• Clearly communicate problems design strategy progress and solutions to cross-functional partners and leadership to drive alignment while championing a high bar for craft and product quality.

You have:

• 6 years of product design experience with a focus on solving complex systems-level problems in highly technical environments.
• A proven track record of applying a systematic approach to design and successfully driving multi-surface design system adoption.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma paired with the agility to learn and adapt to emerging tools that maximize team productivity.
• A passion for building reusable patterns and frameworks that deliver measurable business impact and long-term scalability.
• The ability to champion durable scalable solutions over short-term fixes even within highly complex and ambiguous project spaces.
• Demonstrated experience navigating differing perspectives to build alignment across teams and disciplines.
• Strong storytelling abilities to present polished design solutions and clear narratives to peers partners and senior leadership.
• Experience taking autonomous ownership of mid-to-large-scope high-impact projects from conception to execution.
• Direct experience designing for AI-empowered tools and platforms (preferred)
• Experience working on complex tooling product (preferred)
