Job Description
Drive meaningful AUM growth through close collaboration with Innovator Sales GS generalist sales and GS ETF specialist teams. Serve as a trusted investment partner and subject matter expert across Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction delivering insights that support advisor engagement and client outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive awareness and adoption of Innovators flagship ETFs across all sales channels.
• Represent Innovator at large group meetings and events serving as the investment strategist and product expert.
• Serve as a primary client-facing resource for advisor conversations client calls and prospect inquiries.
• Deliver actionable portfolio implementation ideas that demonstrate how Innovators core strategies can be effectively integrated into client portfolios.

Experience Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of ETF related experience
• Undergraduate degree in business finance or a related discipline required.
• CFA MBA and/or CIMA designation(s) preferred.
• Strong communicator with confident presentation skills.
• Personable approachable and highly trustworthy.
• Deep expertise in products markets and portfolio construction with a proven ability to translate insights into clear actionable ideas.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York New York United States-based position is $125000-$230000. In addition you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
