Were looking for an early career Contracts Administrator with a background in federal contracting including subcontracts to join us. This position focuses on the administration and management of our subcontracts portfolio including federal subcontracts commercial partner and vendor agreements and independent contractor agreements.

What Youll Do
- Administer NDAs Teaming Agreements Service Agreements and Purchase Orders
- Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from proposal through closeout ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with program managers finance legal and business development to address contractual requirements and provide strategic guidance
- Maintain contract files and records in Deltek Costpoint and manage day-to-day contract actions including official correspondence and deliverables
What Youll Achieve in Your First Year
In your first 6 months you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ridgelines subcontracts and agreements portfolio along with all associated compliance and operational processes
- Transition to full administrative ownership of Ridgelines subcontracts and Independent Contractor processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders particularly Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment on contract execution
By the end of your first year you will:
- Scale your impact by demonstrating readiness to expand your scope of responsibility taking on additional portfolio management duties and more complex agreement structures as business needs evolve
- Drive process optimization by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline subcontract administration and improve operational efficiency across the contracts function
Qualifications :
Must-Haves:
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in federal contracting
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hybrid position with 3-4 days in our Tysons Corner VA office required; Ability to attend in-person meetings in the National Capital Region.
Nice-to-Haves:
- CostPoint Expertise: Experience with CostPoint Project Setup.
- Bachelors degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
- Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in a classroom style format may stand at a podium for long periods of time
