Salary

Crisis Response Rates:

Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:

$300 per completed telehealth assessment

$400 per completed face to face assessment

Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $7.25/hour

Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $8.10/hour

Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $35/hour

Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Canvas Healths mental health and substance use disorder providers clinicians and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes the community and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness substance use disorders crisis unstable housing and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children adults and families as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response) community and telehealth.

Location

In-home/hybrid Anoka County

Schedule

On-call four 12-hour shifts monthly

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

  • Masters degree in social work Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW LMFT LP or LPCC licensure

Clinical Trainee

  • Masters degree in social work Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW LMFT LP or LPCC licensure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
  • Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
