Advocacy Training and Support Groups Facilitator

Job Summary
The Advocacy Training and Support Groups Facilitator coordinates implements and assists with facilitation of all programming groups including support groups economic empowerment groups youth groups and education groups for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. In addition this staff will provide all onboarding and continuing education training for staff volunteers and contractors. After-hours and weekend on-call as the agencys needs arise.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years related experience required. Bachelors degree preferred. Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently. Demonstrated domestic violence and/or sexual violence advocacy and group facilitation skills are required. Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. Competitive salary and benefits.
