A company is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting with a focus on cost accounting AP/AR and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries reconciliations and financial statements
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Perform variance analysis and assist with audits
Manage fixed assets depreciation and prepaid expenses
Handle bank reconciliations and cash activity
Track commissions and support reporting for management

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
35 years of accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of GAAP
Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred

$70000 - $75000 a year
