Job Summary
Be the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patients
Answer calls and messages with professionalism empathy and positivity
Help patients schedule and prepare for their visits
Guide patients through onboarding steps and required paperwork
Collect and update demographic and insurance information
Support eligibility and benefits verification processes as assigned
Communicate clearly about appointments referrals and next steps
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
Document interactions accurately in our systems
Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Step in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriately
Qualifications :
Customer service patient access call center or medical front office experience
Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is a plus
Familiarity with EMR or scheduling systems is helpful
Bilingual skills are a bonus
