Qualifications :

• 
  Client is seeking a detail-oriented On-Site Services Specialist to support high-volume print and mail operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on overnight document processing including operating high-speed printers preparing print output and ensuring timely completion of client deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy and capable of following detailed instructions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and high-quality output.
  
  Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume printing copying and document imaging equipment
• Bind finish and prepare printed materials for distribution
• Refill printers with paper and supplies; monitor equipment performance
• Use strapping machines and related tools to bundle completed print jobs
• Ensure quality control through inspection of printed output
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail shipping receiving and distribution
• Maintain copier functionality troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems
• Utilize document management systems and MS Office tools for file handling
• Maintain logs reports and inventory of supplies
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations within the site
• Support conference room setup office services and general administrative tasks
• Maintain clean organized and well-stocked work areas
• Follow detailed instructions and established workflows to meet deadlines
• Perform filing archiving and document handling tasks
• Support additional operational and facility-related duties as assigned
