Job Title: Sr. Receptionist
Location: Los Angeles CA (onsite)
Duration: 12 Month (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications :
Client is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers across the organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations handling high-volume calls coordinating meetings and providing administrative support to ensure seamless office experience. The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a polished and welcoming environment. Receptionists play a critical role in shaping the first impression of an organization through communication and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring professional and welcoming front desk experience
- Answer screen and transfer incoming calls from across the organization
- Manage meeting room scheduling and coordinate conference logistics including catering
- Issue visitor badges employee access cards and manage front desk security procedures
- Maintain and update company phone directories and speed dial lists
- Provide administrative support including document preparation labeling and record keeping
- Support office operations by coordinating supplies loaner devices and general requests
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support daily operations and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area
- Assist with event coordination and participate in company initiatives as needed
- Perform basic PC support and other administrative tasks as assigned
