Responsibilities
- Deliver the sales volume and revenue forecasts in line with the annual business plan and is responsible for its accuracy within assigned customer role has volume revenue and margin responsibility.
- Develop and execute account strategies that meet or exceed volume price and share growth as established in the annual Business Plan.
- Sell and influence Value Proposition to maximize the return from existing business.
- Lead development of new growth I current and new product sales.
- Establish strong commercial and technical relationships with customers and works internally with various functions (Sales CSR CTS Supply Chain Quality Marketing Finance and Legal) to deliver the best experience to our customers.
- Visit customers to enhance product application and acquire competitive performance information for the purpose of providing input for planning internal continuous improvement projects
- Ensure business strategies commercial and technical deliverables are integrated into key account management plans and communicated with customers.
- Use and maintain CRM database.
- Negotiate new and manage existing customer contracts including reviews renewals enforcing contract terms and management of past dues with accounts receivable.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or business-related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 3 years of Sales and/or Account Management experience; Commercial and Technical.
- Experience selling Material Equipment and/or Components for Machinery to the Steel Refractory and/or Gas related Industries.
- Demonstrated successful Sales Account Management / Business Development; preferably in the Steel industry.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts including Terms and Conditions.
- Analytical skills to evaluate value chain risks and growth potential of accounts.
