Clinical Support Tech Cardiology

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Tech to join our Cardiology team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and addition may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.

Work Schedule:

• Mon Fri days may vary
• 8-hour shifts hours may vary between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Position requires travel between St. Louis Park & Maple Grove locations based on scheduling needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  • 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience
    • Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7 2025; not required if hired prior to this date).
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
  • Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner
  • Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience

or

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification
