Job Summary

  • Responsible for compound schedule and adding proper amounts of materials to batch for area(s)             assigned.
  • Will be required to complete training.
  • Read and follow compounder schedule
  • Ability to verify and weigh materials following Poke Yokes.
  • Ability to read understand and maintain quality  standards.
  • Provide coverage for other All Crew Utility while operators are on break Maintain housekeeping on 3rd floor as outlined in SOPs .
  • May be required to change shifts or work overtime. May on occasion be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma.
  •  1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude as needed for the area of assigned work
  •  Able to operate more than one piece of equipment simultaneously
  •  Good communication skill

Additional Information :

  • Report to the assigned Supervisor
  • Indirectly responsible for results in assigned area not a direct people leader
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes safety glasses and earplugs when in manufacturing area.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment and be exposed to low levels of carbon black dust which maybe dirty.
  • Be aware of all safety regulations and the visibility of forklifts on the work floor.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
