TT Mold Preparation Technician

Job Summary
The TT Mold Preparation Technician will:
Responsible for in plant CVT mold preparation for production. Tasks include mold cleaning and venting mold inspection and mold repair. Data verification Access SAP and GUTS. Ability to work closely with internal people.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Individual tasks duties and responsibilities of the position)
- Preparation of molds based on the planned schedule to meet production requirements:
- Complete disassemble and assemble of mold / container required.
- Verification of all lettering per released cure specifications. (TSL MML open SEIs)
- Verification of mold parts and serial numbers per internal systems. Access SAP or Guts
- Cleaning of mold parts and vents. Replace blocked vents or remove broken drill bits.
- Record all mold data on computer for tractability and audit purposes. Identify mold assembly for production.
- Mold repair such as replacing worn out parts or fixing stripped holes
- Mold Preparation Technician will follow all plant rules departmental safety policies environmental policies and chemical handling procedures.
- Mold Preparation Technician will operate forklift type Mold handling equipment utilizing and observing proper safety regulations.
- Ensure area is kept clean and orderly
Perform other duties as directed by the Mold Lead Supervisor or Mold Services Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years mechanical experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- 5 years work experience
Environment

- New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
- The role involves various physical tasks including lifting bending stooping pushing pulling and operating machinery with comprehensive training provided.

The starting annual salary for this role is $64613 a year.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations
