Youll be the friendly voice behind every perfect getaway every spa retreat and every special celebration. Whether its helping guests plan a romantic weekend or assisting with group accommodations youll play a key role in bringing the magic of La Cantera to lifebefore they even arrive.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for guests making reservations
Provide personalized recommendations for rooms packages and resort amenities
Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Be a brand ambassador for luxury hospitality and excellence
What Were Looking For:
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus (but well train the right perso
