We are hiring a Post Commander for a high-profile hospitality-focused property in Brentwood near the VA/UCLA area. This is not a sit-back security role we need someone who is polished proactive punctual and professional with a strong leadership presence.
This is a cold start post so being reliable and on time is a must. You will be the person who helps open the day welcome guests assist tenants manage badging open doors give directions and set the tone for the entire building.
Security experience is a plus but not required.If you have experience in hospitality concierge hotels front desk guest services or customer service leadership we want to hear from you.

- Great with people and big on customer service
- Able to deliver Disneyland-level hospitality
What youll do:
- Greet guests and tenants
- Open doors and provide directions
- Manage visitor access and badging
- Be the face of the building
- Lead the post with professionalism and presence
