Monday: 8:30am 3.15pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am 3:15pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am 3:15pm
- Thursday: 9:00am 3:15pm
- Friday: 9:00am 3:30pm
Dates of assignment: 6/22/26 8/11/26
Typical Work Activities:
Support onsite coordination and supervision of both summer WOW and Little WOW programs.
Set-up and take down of remote WOW office
- Set-up of weekly set-up of WOW and Little WOW classes.
- Consistently monitor class status and communicate confirmations cancelations to instructors students and school buildings.
- Handle registrations transfers and cancelations for students.
- Coordinate with all buildings in the district to schedule class locations.
- Arrange for class equipment necessary for classes.
- Must have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in-person.
- Must be outgoing and comfortable with interpersonal communications.
- Responsible for payroll submission reimbursement claim forms and expense reports for summer instructors Organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing.
NOTE: Office clerical experience including typing may be substituted for the high school requirement on a year for year basis.
NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements.
Special Requirements:Working knowledge of office terminology procedures and equipment; working knowledge of business arithmetic and English; ability to type from clear copy or rough draft at a reasonable rate of speed; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to write legibly; clerical aptitude; mental alertness; neatness tact and courtesy; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite to accomplish a variety of clerical tasks;
- Regular attendance is a must.
Reports to:Work is performed under the direct supervision of a higher ranking employee who gives detailed instructions for new assignments and practices.
