Job Summary

32hours per week


Initial hours of assignment:

  • Monday: 8:30am 3.15pm

  • Tuesday: 9:00am 3:15pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am 3:15pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am 3:15pm
  • Friday: 9:00am 3:30pm

Dates of assignment: 6/22/26 8/11/26

Typical Work Activities:

  • Support onsite coordination and supervision of both summer WOW and Little WOW programs.

  • Set-up and take down of remote WOW office

  • Set-up of weekly set-up of WOW and Little WOW classes.
  • Consistently monitor class status and communicate confirmations cancelations to instructors students and school buildings.
  • Handle registrations transfers and cancelations for students.
  • Coordinate with all buildings in the district to schedule class locations.
  • Arrange for class equipment necessary for classes.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in-person.
  • Must be outgoing and comfortable with interpersonal communications.
  • Responsible for payroll submission reimbursement claim forms and expense reports for summer instructors Organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.

Qualifications:

Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing.

NOTE: Office clerical experience including typing may be substituted for the high school requirement on a year for year basis.

NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements.

Special Requirements:Working knowledge of office terminology procedures and equipment; working knowledge of business arithmetic and English; ability to type from clear copy or rough draft at a reasonable rate of speed; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to write legibly; clerical aptitude; mental alertness; neatness tact and courtesy; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with staff and business people;
  • Must have excellentphone etiquette skills;
  • Must have excellent organizational skills;
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong computer skills including knowledgeof Microsoft Word Excel and Power point is required;
  • Must be able to maintainconfidentiality;
  • Ability to greet public in a pleasant and professional manner;
  • Is familiar with and contributes to the successful implementation of the Districts Mission and Belief statements;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite to accomplish a variety of clerical tasks;
  • Regular attendance is a must.

Reports to:Work is performed under the direct supervision of a higher ranking employee who gives detailed instructions for new assignments and practices.
