Job Summary
Experience & Skills:
- Expertise in Data Architecture databases and cloud platforms (Azure GCP AWS etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR CCDs HIE USCDI-US Core etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases PySpark and Python.
- Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
- Experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory Databricks Kafka IBM Datastage Informatica etc.
- Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Data Architecture preferably in the healthcare industry.
- 5 years of experience with managing large-scale data systems in healthcare.
- 5 years of experience in designing and implementing interoperability solutions in healthcare.
- 5 years of experience in solutioning cloud data platforms (Azure AWS GCP Databricks Snowflake etc.)
Experience with major EHR systems like Epic Cerner etc. is plus.
