Job Title: Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Cardiothoracic

This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiothoracic surgery to provide coverage for approximately 6-9 months. The practice location blends office/clinic work and hospital settings offering a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform adult Cardiothoracic surgeries including open procedures.
- Manage patients post-surgery in acute care and ICU settings.
- Provide support with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and collaborate with surgical teams.
- Maintain detailed patient records using EPIC EMR.
- Participate in on-call rotations including night and weekend duties.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Required.
- Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery.
- Excellent clinical skills in both surgical and acute care management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Washington State NP License - Required.
- Clean malpractice and background history - Highly Preferred.
