Regional Property Manager Affordable Housing (Columbus OH)

Join a Top Workplace and grow your career with The NRP Group! Were looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in the Columbus area.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities

  • Lead coach and develop Community Managers and site teams
  • Manage budgets occupancy rent collections and expense control
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
  • Partner with internal teams (HR Accounting Compliance Maintenance) to drive performance
  • Support hiring training and onboarding of site-level staff
  • Build relationships with vendors agencies and local housing authorities

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years of property management experience including multi-site leadership

  • Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
  • Experience with budgeting financial reporting and team leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
  • Valid drivers license required
