Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with a passion for coordination problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
- Maintain project documentation including plans budgets and reports.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and task assignments.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Project.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
