Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Call Center Agent you will be the frontline representative of our company responsible for delivering excellent customer support through phone email and chat channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from product information and order status to troubleshooting and complaint resolution ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every caller.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts guidelines and best practices to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
