Job Summary
The HR Coordinator supports core HR operations ensuring efficient onboarding employee support and compliance. This role enhances employee experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting HR programs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for onboarding including badge generation and new hire setup.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases. Process and fulfill employment verification requests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support payroll benefits administration and leave tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Support uniform program administration including order placement approvals tracking and inventory management.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Distribute employee surveys and organize feedback for leadership review.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 13 years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of HRIS and employment laws
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
- You will adhere to the Companys Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
- You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security confidentiality availability and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
