Shift: Variable Day Shifts
Shift Time: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate:
- Local Pay: Up to $1240/week
- Travel Pay: Up to $1413/week
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in a supportive nursing home environment. This role offers flexible day shifts and the opportunity to provide high-quality resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to long-term care residents
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing feeding and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow facility policies and established chain of command
- Report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
- Promote resident dignity comfort and overall quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible day shifts
- Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
