40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an RN Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) to work with Ambulatory Care Departments supporting our Iowa clinic sites (home base Decorah IA).

What you will do:
1.0 FTE salaried role
Home base of Decorah with monthly travel to Postville Lansing Calmar and Waukon; occasional travel to West Union Fayette Onalaska and LaCrosse (fleet car available for travel).
On-site orientation required in LaCrosse or Onalaska for approximately 1 month.
Evaluate nursing practice assess practice gaps identify learning needs participate in process improvement projects and initiatives both within area of responsibility and at the system level
Facilitates professional role development and growth of nurses and other healthcare personnel along the continuum from novice to expert.
Function as a change agent mentor facilitator of learning leader champion for scientific inquiry partner for practice transitions and advocate for thenursing professional development (NPD) specialty
What you need:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
Masters degree in Nursing required within 5 years
3-4 years of RN experience or equivalent required; ambulatory care RN experience preferred
RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
