We are currently seeking a full- timeProduct Manager tojoin our team. This position is fully remote.
The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance user experience ensure regulatory compliance and drive product innovation within the healthcare domain.
- Lead the development of an industrystandard Electronic Health Record (EHR) system overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through delivery to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across integrated platforms.
- Drive innovation through critical thinking and effective communication delivering solutions that address realworld healthcare needs and support improved patient care outcomes.
- Partner closely with healthcare facilities by engaging directly with end users to understand ontheground challenges and requirements informing the design and implementation of practical scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams providing strong technical guidance and leadership throughout complex product buildouts.
- Coordinate and support user training initiatives to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the EHR system.
- Develop and oversee the execution of strategies for our Electronic Health Records product ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes creating intuitive efficient and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience for healthcare providers and patients.
- Act as the primary product contact for clients understanding their specific needs and ensuring the EHR integrates seamlessly into their operations. Deliver solutions that are tailored to real-world use and provide measurable benefits.
- Collaborate with Engineering Sales Operations and Clinical teams to define and prioritize EHR requirements help develop project plans manage key deliverables and maintain high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain rigorous processes and workflows for EHR development and quality assurance including metrics and OKRs to monitor and drive business growth.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally gathering and integrating feedback to refine and adapt the EHR. Develop tools and metrics to measure product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publication; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of the art practices; participating in professional societies

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science Business Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions. Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare related regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of correctional/general healthcare standards such as HIPAA NCCHC HL7 ICD10 Meaningful Use preferred
- 3 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing EHR products.
- Experience implementing projects for state agencies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and a proven ability to manage complex technology projects across functional boundaries. Experience with SQL and familiarity with agile methodologies are beneficial.
