A respected and growing home care provider in New Hampshire is expanding its team in the Wolfeboro area. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) who want flexible meaningful work while providing one-on-one care in clients homes.

Position Summary
In this field-based role LNAs support clients in their homes helping them remain safe independent and comfortable. Assignments are typically located in Wolfeboro and surrounding communities.

Compensation and Benefits
$24/hr
Weekly pay with predictable scheduling
Flexible work options including full-time part-time or supplemental shifts

Mileage reimbursement between client visits
Paid orientation and ongoing continuing education (CEUs)

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing grooming toileting and mobility assistance
Assist with safe transfers and ambulation
Offer companionship and promote client independence
Prepare meals and help maintain a clean safe home environment
Run errands and assist with grocery shopping as needed
Monitor and report changes in client condition promptly to the office

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass New Hampshire background and BEAS Registry checks
Active LNA license required
Prior home care or facility experience preferred
Dependable compassionate and able to work independently
