We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services behavioral health allergy testing and immunotherapy in-house lab testing imaging chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
• Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.
• Develop patient experience reports.
• Complete Daily phone/text audits.
• Complete volume reporting to be shared with management.
• Pull charts in accordance with insurance request.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
• Experience with EMR system preferred EClinical Works is a plus!
• Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.
• Excellent written verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
• Must be a team player!
