Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDC Agent to be the first point of contact for potential customers and help drive business growth through outbound calls inbound lead management and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to internet phone and chat inquiries from potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer visits and ensure a seamless experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the premium Volvo brand.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales customer service (e.g. waiters/waitresses cell phone sales reps etc.) or business development preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
