Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator that plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Field Marketing teams. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and business growth by managing event schedules coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution of demo days and roadshows. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams. This position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Austin TX.
Event Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage the master schedule in collaboration with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure kits are utilized efficiently and sites are confirmed.
- Coordinate sub-regional activities to streamline shipping and logistics.
- Partner with AMs and RSMs to identify and secure account sites for demos and roadshows.
Communication & Meeting Management
- Send weekly updates to Sales teams with upcoming demo days and confirm event details and logistics.
- Own the weekly meeting agenda and discussion with Sales and BU stakeholders.
- Distribute weekly email updates to RSMs and RSDs with schedules and areas needing support.
- Confirm critical details each week:
- Is the onsite room confirmed with the customer Is catering required
- Equipment shipping and next destination details
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinate shipping logistics for demo kits and event materials.
- Track shipment addresses and maintain centralized inventory of event assets and shipping documentation.
- Ensure AMs follow FedEx instructions and manage kit handoffs.
Facilitate quarterly equipment returns to NIC and create SFDC support cases for updates and redistribution
Lead Management & Reporting
- Submit lead sheets per account using Workfront requests.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure onsite events are properly categorized and leads are uploaded.
- Collect and process handwritten leads from Sales teams
Requirements include:
- 2 years of Sales or Marketing-related experience
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven success in large scale project management
- Close working relationship with Sales and Marketing organizations
- Effective cross-functional communication
- Flexibility in a dynamic high tech growth environment
- Excellent communication skills
Travel:
Approximately 6 times a year for event participation
