Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to design implement and enhance our identity governance this role you will be responsible for engaging the team in optimizing existing configurations driving the integration of SailPoint ISC maintaining Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows expanding SailPoint ISC integrations with enterprise applications and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a team of engineers and analysts while collaborating with IT business application owners and security teams to align IAM processes with organizational goals.



Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team responsible for Active Directory account provisioning email provisioning and SailPoint operations.
    • Provide mentorship training and performance evaluations to develop team members skills and expertise.
    • Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all IAM-related activities.
  • Strategic Oversight:
    • Develop and maintain IAM policies procedures and best practices to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline account provisioning security group management and SailPoint processes.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align IAM strategies with broader IT and security objectives.
  • SailPoint Identity Governance:
    • Manage and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Design and implement configurations workflows and policies within SailPoint ISC to align with organizational IAM objectives.
    • Expand SailPoint ISC capabilities by integrating additional applications and enterprise systems using APIs connectors and out-of-the-box integrations.
    • Perform regular platform upgrades maintenance and optimizations to improve performance and scalability.
    • Provide oversight for SailPoint operations including user lifecycle management access certifications and entitlement reviews.
    • Ensure SailPoint workflows are optimized for efficiency and compliance.
    • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes including automation of account provisioning and access reviews.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement scripting solutions (e.g. PowerShell) and integrations with IAM tools.
    • Continuously evaluate and implement tools to improve operational efficiency and security.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for IAM-related projects working with IT security and compliance teams.
    • Partner with business units to understand access needs and ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to address concerns and provide updates on IAM initiatives.


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; masters degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or other identity governance platforms.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including leadership or management experience.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and managing JML workflows within SailPoint ISC.
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint ISC with enterprise systems cloud platforms and IAM tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python or Java) and custom connector development.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills particularly in identity lifecycle and governance scenarios.
  • Expertise in Active Directory account provisioning email management and security group administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance tools and workflows.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX GDPR HIPAA or NIST related to IAM.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role may require periodic on-call support or after-hours work depending on operational needs.

  • Some Travel may be required
