Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Bismarck North Dakota
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 3648 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (with potential extension)
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality overnight care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety administer medications and respond effectively to clinical needs during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive overnight patient care in a long-term care environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions reporting changes as needed
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Dakota
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Prior night shift experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
