Job Summary

General Requirements:

Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English particularly regarding job duties and safety regulations.
Ability to perform all job functions safely and in compliance with company standards.
Meet established productivity and performance expectations.
Willingness to participate in required orientation and training programs.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work assigned schedules including overtime as needed.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Ability to work in refrigerated environments.
Capability to lift carry and move products regularly.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Steel-toe safety shoes
Lockout/Tagout awareness
Safety harness (when using platform lifts)
Freezer suit gloves and hat
Optional hearing protection

Tools & Equipment Used:

Power jack forklift and platform lift
RF scanner computer systems and voice picking system
Hand tools (utility knife markers pens)
Battery charging equipment
Pallets and hand trucks
Cleaning equipment (mop broom)
