This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work value consistency and enjoy contributing to well-maintained spaces. Opportunities are available in office buildings retail locations and commercial facilities throughout Macomb ResponsibilitiesPerform routine janitorial duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removalClean and sanitize restrooms break rooms common areas and workspacesReplenish supplies such as paper products soap and cleaning materialsOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectivelyFollow all safety procedures cleaning protocols and company standardsIdentify and report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisorsEnsure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation expectationsJob Qualifications & RequirementsReliable punctual and committed to consistent attendanceStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamPrevious janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not requiredtraining availableAbility to lift 25 pounds or more and remain on your feet for extended periodsComfortable performing repetitive tasks and physical workMust successfully pass a background check
