Job Summary
Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Caf Supervisors to lead new small-format caf locations across Tampa Bay.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy these cafs youll be the primary leaderowning guest experience shift execution coffee quality inventory and team culture within a small high-performing team.
What youll do:
Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency
Coach and develop baristas in real time
Drive drink and food quality speed and cleanliness standards
Support staffing (call-outs coverage) and basic operations (inventory ordering)
Help keep your caf running smoothly day-to-day
What were looking for:
Experience as a Shift Lead Supervisor or similar leadership role in coffee or food service
Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively
Reliable organized and calm under pressure
Training includes:
Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location
Hands-on training in high-performing cafs
Final readiness evaluation before leading a store
Compensation:
$18$20/hour (based on experience) tip share (floor hours)
Estimated total compensation $47K/year
