Responsibilities
- Perform typing and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining employee records and files
- Prepare and format HR documents reports and correspondence
- Support the recruitment process by organizing resumes and applications
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Contribute to the development of administrative processes and workflows
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with HR processes is a plus but not required
