Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultantto support the design implementation and optimization of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable data-driven planning processes for demand-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementationsof Kinaxis RapidResponse from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
• Design configure and customize RapidResponse solutions across modules such as Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Optimization and S&OP
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and translate them into system solutions
• Develop and maintain data models dashboards and scenario simulationsto support real-time decision-making
• Integrate RapidResponse with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP platforms) ensuring accurate and timely data flow

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experiencewith Kinaxis RapidResponse in demand-driven environments
• Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle (end-to-end) implementations including design and configuration
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts(forecasting supply planning inventory management)
• Experience working with data integration and enterprise systems
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with Kinaxis
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
